Our Pilates classes are all currently suitable for Beginners to Intermediate level. The exercises can be modified to suit your level to ensure you are working safely and effectively. Mats and small equipment are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and socks.
We will be adding more classes in the coming months.
All new beginners must attend an Induction class which run monthly and complete a health questionnaire before starting a block. Contact Debbie to book in.

Thursday 5pm and 6pm
Classes are booked in blocks, and places cannot be secured without payment.
