Mat Pilates

Hamilton Pilates was established in 2007 by Debbie Johnson, an osteopath previously working from Hamilton Osteopathy Clinic. The studio is now under new management with Nicola Rooney running the studio, and our team of instructors taking a variety of pilates and other classes and workshops.

The studio which was opened in 2013, is in the centre of Hamilton, close to Hamilton Central bus & train station. There is ample parking in our car park just outside.
