Our Pilates classes are kept a maximum of 12 clients, in order that the instructor can monitor each individual to ensure they are achieving the objectives of the exercises. We also use small equipment such as foam rollers, balls and pilates circles.

It can help relieve pain, tension or discomfort in your body by improving core strength and balance. Increased flexibility, coordination, posture and tone are a few of the benefits of regular pilates practice. At the studio, we focus on quality of movement over quantity of repetitions to offer clients young or older, a whole body workout that will enhance your body performance and optimise your well-being.
Pilates for the mind…
Pilates requires you to focus on your breathing and your body, and how they work together. This attention allows the mind to become calm and clear of distractions, just like meditation and mindfulness, as you move through the exercises. After each session, you will feel the immediate benefits, with a clear mind and rejuvenated body.
The Yoga classes we have are Ashtanga, Seasonal and Mummy and Me. Coming soon…Family Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga.
Dance classes are for children 2yrs and upwards teaching musical theatre, ballet, jazz, tap and commercial for beginners to advanced.
